Located in San Rafael’s picturesque West End Village, Headlines occupies space in a historic building built in 1889. Carrying out the theme of our location,we cater to clients of all ages. My services range from expert brow shaping and tinting through the most deep cleansing and relaxing European facial.  I also do "permanent brows" for those who have thinned out or too short brows.
